
Power supply and control unit: smart power
The TPU power supply unit works in perfect synergy with electric screwdrivers and nutrunner motors. In addition to having a functional design, the power supply is fitted with a power and control system designed and industrialised by Fiam to offer synchronised, efficient tightening management.
- It provides the right voltage for each operating mode
- It ensures continuous monitoring of the tool, tightening process and working cycle status
- It enables various features and extends the programming and customisation options for which the electric screwdriver/nutrunner motor was designed.
Bright LEDs.
High-brightness LEDs interface with the internal control devices to provide continuous monitoring of the main parameters of interest:
- correct operation
- selected speed
- clutch slipping
- faults or emergencies
A guarantee of a continual efficiency increase in every activity.
Tool speed selection.
A membrane button sets the two rotation speeds. The LOW parameter is approximately 20% lower that the maximum speed expressed by the screwdriver.

TPU1 model
Ensures that the electric screwdriver is powered correctly and monitors the main operating parameters,
TPU2 model
With management of optically isolated input and output signals, it offers remote control of some functions and results. The unit can manage 5 input signals and 5 output signals to indicate the result of a step or the system status.
