STRAIGHT ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER WITH TORQUE/ANGLE BY CURRENT CONTROL
Brushless electric screwdriver designed and built entirely by Fiam in Italy. It is an efficient, easy-to-use, green electric tool with a high level of performance and reliability, versatile and intelligent ideal for the needs of industry 4.0 and programmed to integrate into a smart production organization in every industrial sector.
The torque is detected by measuring the current used by the motor. The angle is detected through specific hall sensors integrated. This technology offers the possibility of adjusting the torque during operation simply by changing the specific parameter on the combined control unit: TPU-C1 model or advanced TPU-C3 model.
REDUCED-EFFORT START UP: the pressure required to activate lever start up is much lower than others available on the market, only 9 N! Reducing the effort the user needs to sustain over the course of the working day, will result in increase of production efficiency. The reversible button works also for multifunctional programming and it is equipped with signaling leds.
Thanks to ERGONOMIC GRIP can be used by both right- and left-handed operators, and has also been designed to suit female hands. Ideal for tightening points on horizontal surfaces and coated with materials chosen to ensure just the right level of softness to the touch, while insulating the operator’s hand. Moreover, to increase safety and reduce operator fatigue, has anti-slip collars to prevent hands from slipping onto the tightening point.
Pick & Place operations
The screwdrivers are front‑prepared for mounting the screw suction head , which automates screw pickup and positioning, making operations fast and efficient.
For these Pick & Place systems, the screw suction head and the SSU vacuum pump — available and to be ordered separately — work in perfect synchrony with the tightening system.

- «SMART SPEED» FUNCTION: two-phase strategies with different speed: the first with a high speed tool rotation until reaching the set angle, the second with a pre-defined speed that allows to maintain the
accuracy of the result - «S.R.O. – Smart Range Optimizer» FUNCTION: automatically identifies the most suitable final speed range to ensure the best tightening performance based on the set torque. The unit analyzes the selected torque value and dynamically calculates the optimal speed, which varies depending on the connected screwdriver model.
The operator can then select, within this range, the speed that best fits the application.
This prevents over‑torque errors, improves tightening quality, and increases the reliability of the entire tightening cycle.
