The right solutions to improve the productivity
When we speak of semi-automatic tightening systems, we mean tools that need the aid of an operator and that are indispensable when tightening medium and large sets of identical screws or nuts.
When using auto-feeding screwdrivers, these system continuously feed the screws, which are automatically sent to the tightening point. Alternatively, to exploit pick-and-place systems effectively, they deliver the screws to the picking point.
All of these systems increase productivity by eliminating manual screw/nut placement on the tip or workpiece, and exploit more than one technology: not just pneumatic technology, but also electrical technology, which is increasingly requested in Industry 4.0 environments.
