MONITORING UNIT

The BLP-STC power supply and monitoring unit is to be combined with brushless electric screwdrivers BL…OPC with automatic shut-off.

It is necessary to convert the local power feed (230 Volt CA – 50 Hz) into direct current (20/30 Volt CC – 3,5 A max).

It permits the choice between two tool speed rotation: the speed given by the screwdriver and a speed that is approx. 30% lower

• To set one tightening sequence
• Each tightening sequence can contain up to a maximum of 99 screws
• For each tightening sequence, the maximum number of repetitions can be programmed for NOK screws
• Automatic tightening time control by setting the tightening cycle time window to allow for the differentiation of different types of rejects
• Optical tightening status indicators
• Electric “OK” cycle end signal for pallet/jig release (or manual, with key selector)
