AUTOMATIC NUT PRESENTER – MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC USE

The pick&place place systems for manual and automatic use consist of N ED nut presenters (Nuts Easy Driver) to ensure fast, smooth work cycles, helping to reduce production costs contributing concretely to the reduction of production costs since they allow a significant reduction in cycle times.

FEATURES

• Nut pick-up station with “open pick-up well”: designed for frontal nut extraction, which eases manual operations
• Pull-out drawer in which defective nuts, which fail to be properly picked up, are collected
• Integrated electronic unit for controlling and adjusting the feeding speed of nuts
• Nut presence detection sensor: blocks the feeding of the next nut until the first available one is picked up

APPLICATIONS

ERGONOMIC WORKSTATIONS FOR MANUAL USE: eliminate the need to grip and position the nut, making the operator’s job easier. They allow the nut to be picked up directly with the screwdriver without using the hands. This also benefits the fingers, which are no longer stressed by the repetitive gripping and positioning movements.
