Air tools

The benefit of tools that are durable, but also particularly light.
Working with air tools is not only a great help, but also a question of safety.
Air drills, tapping machines, grinders and sanders weigh up to 50% less than electrical solutions and do not overheat, preventing jamming or short circuits.
On the one hand, this ensures work continuity and on the other hand reduces risks for the operator by promoting ergonomics, because they are extremely easy to handle and require less effort at the fast rates imposed by industrial cycles.
-
DRILLS
Drilling depends on several parameters and, first of all, the speed and forward force depend on the material to be drilled and the hole diameter.
Another aspect to consider is whether you want a pistol-grip, angle-grip or straight-grip handle.
Not to mention that you can also base your choice on the drill chuck required to attach the various bits.
-
TAPPING MACHINES
The various models are all reversible, with a straight- or pistol-grip handle, and should be chosen to suit the operating layout.
However, you also have to consider technical parameters such as the diameter of the tap to thread the hole, the working speed and, of course, the material being processed.
-
GRINDING MACHINES AND SANDING MACHINES
The main parameters involved in grinding and sanding are the rotational speed of the attachment used and the power of the machine.
However, all of these parameters are linked to the material to be processed and the desired degree of surface finish.
Finally, it is necessary to consider that the maximum tool speed must be no higher than that specified on the abrasive attachment.

MISCELLANEOUS TOOLS
- AIR INSERTING TOOL
Lightweight and compact, this quickly and easily inserts electrical connectors in any application.
It replaces operators in some long and difficult manual tasks, ensuring great operating ergonomics and improved accuracy when assembling connectors.- AIR MARKING PEN
This can be used to mark hard steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, stone, ceramic and plastic.
In addition to this application, it is also very useful for deburring, cutting a screwdriver slot to remove broken screws and taps, or customising workshop tools.- AIR CUTTERS
These can be used for cutting fibreglass when building boats, tanks or industrial vehicles, as well as for cutting sheet iron, steel and aluminium.
They are also widely used in structural metalwork and for building caravans or railway wagons. -
ERGONOMICS AND SAFETY
All air tools are designed to meet the increasingly common demand for ergonomics and safety.
The different models are equipped with various devices to improve operation and ensure that all procedures are carried out in complete safety.– Find out more about ergonomics –
