PERFORMANCE AND CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES
Tightening processes, under control.
Having the certainty that the quality of tightening processes is consistent over time is fundamental, and you can rely on our Calibration Services. In our laboratories, we conduct performance tests on torque and angle values of screwdrivers and nutrunner motors with a Certified Measuring Chain in accordance with current regulations. The certificates issued, valid for one year, are provided complete with statistical performance values, including precision indicators such as Machine Capability (Cm and CmK).
Tests with a Certified Measuring Chain are also carried out directly on the assembly application, even at the customer’s production facility: in this case, the certificates are complete with statistical performance values, including precision indicators on Process Capability (Cp and CpK).
