Thanks to the new Smart SSU-E vacuum pump, Fiam’s advanced Screw Suction Unit, you will be able to do this effectively with both manual and automatic applications.
With the new screw presence detection system, you will not only be able to vacuum and hold screws before tightening, but also operate at reduced noise levels.
In fact, the advanced screw presence detection system automatically manages the switching on and off of the suction system according to the working cycles, allowing energy saving and noise reduction.
It operates at 230 volts -50 Hz or 120 volts -60 Hz and can be used with eTensil screwdrivers and nutrunner motors and can connect to the production site PLC.
