A complete range, with new features, able to work according to the different operational layouts, as well as for automation.

“SMART PRO” PROGRAMMING: NEW FUNCTIONS HELP YOUR PRODUCTIVITY

In addition to the current 7 functions that can be programmed directly on the tool (4 types of start-up + activation and deactivation of the start block, of the lighting LED and of the untightening), there are 3 other new modalities available:

• soft start: slow starting of the screwdriver;
• pre-auto untightening: when there are elements to be partially untightened and then tightened to the set torque;
• post-auto untightening: to tighten and then partially untighten for subsequent assemblies.

RIGHT, ANGULAR OR EXTERNAL CLUTCH MODELS: FLEXIBILITY FOR WORK STATIONS

• All models reach torques from 0.3 Nm to 4.5 Nm at different speeds;
• Angled models with 30 and 90 degree heads are ideal for tightening onto difficult-to-access areas. And the 30-degree head screwdrivers are the only ones on the market with this feature;
• Models with external clutch adjustment are ideal when the components to be assembled and the relative screws are changed frequently.

SCREW SUCTION SYSTEM: TO SPEED THE CYCLE TIMES

Its use makes the gripping of the screw and its positioning easy and safe, to the benefit of productivity.
The screw suction head is specific for the eTensil range and designed by Fiam to be combined with all straight models with safe clutch adjustment.

ENGINES TO TIGHTEN. THE ELECTRIC SOLUTION ALSO FOR AUTOMATION

Nutrunner motors specifically designed to be used in automatic tightening processes.
They ensure a virtually endless electrical lifespan thanks to the motor used and to its extremely high precision mechanics, which represents the cutting edge in terms of performance. The motors for tightening are:

• equipped with a tightening torque control system with automatic power supply shutdown;
• equipped with on-board electronic intelligence;
• resistant to high production rates provided by automatic cycles:
• modular: the integration of mechanical and electronic components reveal a constructive rigor designed to last over time.

EXTENDED WARRANTY: 24 MONTHS OR 1 MILLION CYCLES

Only the eTensil screwdrivers and motors as well as the TPU power and control units have an EXTENDED WARRANTY of 24 months or 1,000,000 cycles (first goal achieved).
