Unique and effective solutions for tightening into household appliances field
The automatic solution by Fiam for tightening injectors on hobs gas diffusers is effective and highly productive. The MCA tightening module is indeed able to tighten in depth without jams, into extremely narrow gas diffusers, the small injectors with hexagonal head have “length to diameter ratio” close to 1 – length 10 mm and diameter 8 mm – thus could capsize during feeding operations.
Fiam solution, thanks to a 3 seconds cycle time for each diffuser, fully meets customer’s requirements and that, in addition to enhancing productivity, allows a high quality of the finished product.
