A winning solution supplied by Fiam to a MVI sub-contractor
Another winning solution for a subcontractor of MVI industry has been designed and manufactured by Fiam. It is a semi-automatic tightening unit to fasten two types of sensors, including rubber o-ring, on aluminum pipes (4 different models) for cooling circuits of cars air-conditioning systems. The solution ensures high quality of the manufacturing process and eliminates any post process control; the simplified assembly operations allow extremely fast and reliable manufacturing processes, reducing wastes for the benefit of the final product quality.
