AF nutrunners with inline open offset: to effectively tighten nuts at every assembly point.
When assembling pressure circuits, it is often necessary to tighten nuts to close fluid circulation pipes; such operating situations are common, for example, when working on gas ramps in hobs, pipes for refrigerator compressors, vehicle braking systems, coffee machines, boiler ducting, etc.

Why it is so important to control the T.C.O. of the tools fleet
Who is in charge of the maintenance or of the cost management control knows well how important is the TCO, the “Total Cost of Ownership”, that is the total cost of ownership of a good.
This methodological approach, based on the consideration that the total cost of ownership of an industrial equipment does not only depend on the initial costs of purchase, but also on all the costs that occur during its entire life cycle – including disposal, represents a great method to measure the total costs, by identifying all expenses that may or must be incurred, in clear and measurable terms.

Advanced ergonomic aids: never again strength to tighten
Performing numerous tightening operations within one day can lead to operators’ fatigue. Among the many responsible factors we can find:
- the strength in supporting the tool;
- the force used to perform the action.
A valid help in these situations is offered by ergonomic aids, which as a more obvious advantage eliminate the force in supporting the tool as well as allowing to maintain a good wrist position and perpendicularity at the working point.

Solutions for a Smart Factory: to tighten two different types of screws with a single automatic screwdriver
More and more in production lines the components to be assembled contemplate numerous variants which imply, in turn, the use of different types of screws; the manual workstations managed by operators therefore require extreme production flexibility as well as fundamental precautions to reduce fatigue not only physical but also mental due to the continuous monitoring of the operations to be performed.
