The strength of a winning idea is that it withstands the passage of time. We, who designed the first solution for industrial production over 70 years ago, way back in 1949, are proof of this.
Of course, in the meantime we have grown beyond the national borders, but without ever losing our ability to transform market demands into products with very high levels of safety, ergonomics and reliability. This is made possible by those who come to work every morning, to develop increasingly efficient solutions and allow us to be a solid business partner, like our tools.
Our most precious asset, has always been human.
We would hardly have become what we are without the people who devote time and talent to constantly improving Fiam and its solutions.
It is therefore our duty to give them optimal working conditions so that they can grow and feel good. We therefore continually invest in training, facilitate flexible working hours to help them balance their private and working lives, and promote their psycho-physical well-being with targeted initiatives. After all, it is the people who make a company, and we try to do everything possible to ensure that they are satisfied.

It is not by chance that, before offering you a product, we listen to your needs, study your production line to find the most suitable system to increase production efficiency, and explain how to improve the physical, organisational and cognitive ergonomics for operators. In fact, we do not just sell you tools, but improve your business because your success is also ours.

Without commitment and perseverance it is difficult to create an excellent product. We realise this every time we make a new tool, but you will see it as soon as you take one of our solutions in hand because it is the result of this approach.
Reliability
Each of our solutions is designed to increase your performance and your business. Two results that cannot be obtained automatically or by improvising, but are the fruit of a continuous and lasting dialogue between humans and technology.
Professionalism
