Fiam Life

There are people who, through their way of working, relating to others, and facing challenges, leave a lasting impression. Michaela Perin is one of them.

After 24 years at Fiam, where she held key roles in sales management—first in Italy and then abroad as Area Manager for the branches in France, Spain, and Germany—Michaela is starting a new chapter this year as Sales Manager.
This is a natural evolution that represents not only professional advancement, but also recognition of a career path built on commitment, listening, carefully constructed relationships, and a vision always oriented towards shared growth.

Since she arrived in the company, Michaela has perceived an environment where people really matter:

“When I arrived at Fiam, I was struck by the fact that it was a people-oriented company, where you can express your opinion and be listened to. This is the basis of how we work, even with customers.”

Over time, Michaela has approached every assignment with passion and intelligence, contributing to the development of foreign commercial branches and the construction of a network of solid and authentic relationships.
Convinced that results come from teamwork, she continues to make collaboration and trust her daily tools.

The new position represents an exciting challenge for her, one that will lead her to explore new areas with the same determination that has always distinguished her.
For Fiam, it is an opportunity to continue on a path of growth alongside a professional who knows the company, its people, and the values that drive it inside out.

A thought that sums up her approach to work and relationships is encapsulated in her words:

“Everything always starts with a personal relationship. That’s where trust is built, and that’s where opportunities arise.”

It is precisely this attitude of listening and authentic connection that lays the foundation for tackling new challenges.

Having Michaela in this new role means being able to count on someone who has built her career by putting people first.
For our clients, too, it represents a real opportunity: the chance to interact with a professional who has gained experience in international contexts, capable of understanding needs with sensitivity and transforming them into effective solutions, with an even more direct and constant presence in the territory.

Because when relationships are genuine, opportunities are not just professional: they become opportunities to grow together, as people, as a company, and as partners.

Thank you, Michaela, for these 24 years of genuine contribution, for your ability to listen, for your humanity.

And good luck with this new adventure: we are happy to continue this journey with you.
