The new N ED automatic presenter is an effective and versatile solution for a range of production needs, thanks to its innovative features:

• Frontal nut extraction: faster and more effective thanks to the open well pick-up station
• Convenient collection of defective nuts at the end of the shift thanks to the removable drawer
• Small nut retaining sockets for tightening in even the tightest spaces
• Electronic speed control and adjustment, particularly useful in automatic stations with screwdriving motors installed on slides, manipulators, or Cobots
• No nut jamming or machine downtime: the presence detection sensor blocks the supply of the next nut until the first available one is picked up.

FOR ERGONOMIC WORKSTATIONS

For manual use, N ED is a solution that improves not only productivity but also workplace ergonomics, as it eliminates the steps of picking up and positioning the nut on the screwdriver tip, making the operator’s job easier.

The nut is picked up directly with the screwdriver without using the fingers, which benefits the operator, who is no longer required to perform repetitive movements to pick up and position nuts, which are often small or very small in size.
