Open Innovation is a new model of innovation that allows adapting the concept of product co-creation, typical of B2C, within B2B companies.

For a couple of years we have been experimenting and concretizing in Fiam this methodology that allows the improvement of products through direct listening to those who use them firsthand, in our case during the assembly phases with tightening in the production line.

With the Workshop “From the ideal to the feasible: concrete experiences of Open Innovation in B2B” this year in its 2nd edition, 2 international companies from the Vicenza area and 3 Industrial Design students shared their direct experience with this methodology, the results achieved and concrete examples:
